Management is nice. A lot of people work remotely, which might or might not be your ideal environment. But they strive to connect employees through weekly calls and information sharing/cross-training. Uncomfortable isolated culture. You will wear many hats and be micromanaged. Deliverables are never good enough even if they are correct they will make up something wrong to prove they are superior. No real training program you will not be set up to succeed. IT and Deliverables side you will be fine but admin/accounting find someplace else to work and don't waste your time. You will want to pull your hair out. Bad systems and "management". I was warned (didn't listen) now you have been warned... It was a very fun place to work with lots of camaraderie at Happy Hours after work.
