Most of the people I worked with were great.
|
The office is filthy. The carpet hasn't been replaced in more than 20 years. The ceiling tiles are water stained and sagging. They changed the material their bins are made of a couple of years ago. The new material is half as strong as the material used previously but they have not changed their packaging. As a result, if a customer receives an order with a damaged bin the company considers it freight damage (even if the box is in perfect condition) and the customer has to pay for a replacement bin or part. They raised their prices twice in the first 4 months of this year. Their molds are worn out & they're too cheap to get new quality molds. Managements philosophy is don't spend any money and raise prices every chance you get. There is no consideration for the customer at all.

You'd better become customer oriented. Customers pay your bills. You can survive by raising prices and refusing to invest any money back into the business for only so long. After a while your business starts going away like it is now.
