People are always available to help and teach you new things. I appreciate a lot the trust relationship built between everyone, regardless of any hierarchy. Your voice is heard, and you are given constant feedback and guidance to evolve and progress as much as you want. There is a very good work/life balance thanks to flexible working hours, ability to work from home and a strong "Be well and take care" mindset. If you want to work in an inclusive work environment where people are accepted as they are and everyone feels at ease, then Toucan Toco is the place to be ! The turn-over rate is impressive for a company of this size, founders and directors think to have the best product ever and are persuaded that managing employees means having them drunk all the time. They don't care about anyone. The sales process are long, so one sales starts it, another closes it, and so none of them take the primes. People are inclusive, human, and supportive of one another - your goals = team goals. Nothing arbitrary or just "for the sake of it". Everyone from the CEO down is approachable, kind, and willing to help. I've been given responsibility and autonomy, and feel supported. Toucan is growing quickly -- especially in the US. There are certainly some growing pains, which is either a pro/con depending on who/how you are.
