Lots and lots of Cons.
Bad Management , Fake management , worst management , we can add lots of words to them.
No proper intimation to employees about what's happening in the company.
Some of the instances include:
1.They won't let fellow employees know that their colleagues are affected by Covid , they hide the news so all others have to come to office.
When I was working in night shift the guy near me recovered from covid itseems and when I informed the HR team , they already knew it but didn't even bothered to inform the fellow employees , such cheap mentality people.
As far I know , there should be atleast 20-50 people affected by Covid by now , still no news comes from them , they'll do anything just to keep their business running , such spineless people , they think since they provide money to us , we should give our lives to them.
2. No proper intimation of employee benefits will be informed to employees , they just hide those things too , i dont know why , may be to save the money which they have to spend for us , we don't know
3. No employee benefits , not kidding , but these guys have included even Saturday Sunday as holidays in our calendar just to show the annual leave count , oh my gooood , I have never seen such a worst company in my entire working career.
4. This is the most important one , don't ever believe all the 4,5 stars provided above , I have seen it with my own eyes , they just ask fellow employees to put 5 star reviews. (Pre-alert: since this company is going to change its name to Foodhub , there are high chances they will remove this and create new account in Glassdoor with all 5 star reviews , they are that much capable criminals) but don't worry , I have this review copied so surely will post the same there too
5. After all this , no employees will question the authority and still fellow night shift employees clap and Woot for the CEO , I feel pity for those employees because they are using the employees , and making fool of us. And whenever someone tries to question the authority , they doesn't even respond properly.

Nothing , but I don't care about others , but I could see the motive of this company , they don't care about the employees , they care only about the business , even if something happens to someone because of COVID, even then the so called management people won't even say the news to fellow employees. Take care of your employees first , they'll take care of your company.
To CEO , and top management:
I can understand your business is important for you but not as important as the lives of innocent employees , atleast make the precautions , inform the necessary people , share the proper information needed for them , so they can stay safely. If you feel whatever I'm saying is wrong , and all the employees aren't feeling the way I think as they aren't raising any voice against the decision you take ? It's not because of respect it's because of the fear , the fear of commitment , the fear of losing the job , but someone has to step up right , this review will be it !!! If you really think , its one team , one will , one family(as your motto says) ,listen to your family and I challenge you to have an anonymous poll on how people feel on coming to office despite the fear of rising covid cases , have an anonymous poll on how they think about how irresponsible the HR team is for not sharing the necessary information about the people affected from covid , go ahead , and listen to your employees(family members) . . . !
To all the employees planning to join this company : They will give you lots and lots of money , but think twice , health , life is more important than money , if you join here , then you are into their dungeon.

Absolute Moron's who have no clue about what's the role of an employee managing the Team and ask for unrealistic Targets.
Managers have no backbone and will be survived if you are a "Yes" boss
Expats who feel that they are great one's but originally they are clowns.
First need to learn how a corporate functions before they recruit employees and thats why people with sense don't stick here more than few months.
