good benefits. seem loyal to long term employees. pay is ok. full of smart people. several good products. employee outings.

Projects are so micromanaged by management (people working outside of their expertise) that they become failures. Then the employees are blamed. Statement from management: you think that is good? you need to be in some other profession. Screaming meetings. People are routinely laid off because of medical issues. Need minor surgery? Gone. Company focused so much on internal processes that no one noticed there was no new business in the pipeline. Layoffs, offices closed. Hire educated, experienced people then do not acknowledge them as knowledge workers. Hence...poor sales.
