The field sales reps and photographers are amazing people, highly skilled in their craft, and they truly care about their local businesses and their clients (real estate agents). | The corporate climate turned abusive over the past 1.5 years, especially since they merged and created Collabra. They have created a toxic, corporate environment that champions the few elite, harbors harassment, dangles promises of false promotions in which you get a work load increase but no pay or career incentive increases, some employees receive constant ridicule, while others get praised for awful behavior... They hail their tech as new and cutting edge, when in reality it is constantly breaking, rapidly falling behind their competitors and they simply do not care. They only prize sales and #'s, while gaining new clients through half truths of what their services actually offer.
