I enjoyed my time there. Doing your own schedule was a plus. The company was prompt on payment and customer service was good. Needed more security on their servers and website as they were hacked for ransom.

I love everything about my job. I just wish there was more work given out evenly to the photographers instead of based upon bias. It seems every week I am asking for more work continuously.

Great photography gig

I was an independent contractor in the SF Bay Area. Work was assigned within google calendar. Every week would be different. During slow times of year I might only have 5 photo shoots. Busy weeks could have 20+ photo shoots. The pay is fair - much better than other marketing companies I have contracted for. I rarely saw my manager, and he was a great guy. He let me borrow lots of equipment if I needed it and didn't want to purchase it. You could take as much time off as you wanted to travel or for any other reason. Highly recommend this company.

nice place to start out in the field

Although I enjoyed my time at tour factory I feel that in the end I was being taken advantage of by my tap. I was told that I would be made a photographer and they would continue to hire other people instead of the ones already in the office.
