Everyone who works for the Town usually meets at some point. You hear a lot of the same names and see a lot of the same faces. This is a very good municipality to work for if you like the small Town feel, though it has been growing recently and adding more employees to meet demands. | It is small Town so there is not very much room for advancement. Employees seem to leave for bigger and better opportunities on a regular basis.
