No sub handbook, text you during day but then don't want you to use phone so it's a catch-22, should pay per period instead of per day, add on extra periods so often get no breaks, preferences to certain subs who then don't get extra periods. Administrative mismanagement at every level of oversight - from School Board all the way through to middle management - made this a truly hostile environment for nearly everybody employed there. The teachers also leave very detailed and organized instructions.
