Benefits are decent. They give you leftovers from lunches when they have people in that they are trying to get to buy their junk.

It’s like a giant high school. I was harassed by management and employees. After going to HR(which is a joke) I was retaliated against and harassed more to the point where it was really effecting my mental health. I ended up quitting and I’m struggling to find a new job.

Most associates are extremely hard working and will do what they have to to get the job done and meet customer demands.

Depending on the department, OJT is more like "Figure It Out" -- Work load is increased on the high performers and the complacent ones only do the status quo.
Paid time-off policy is awful. Probably the biggest complaint.
Sales will sign other departments up for unattainable promises.

Pay and insurance are really good here.

Management doesn't know how to effectively manage employees. Lot's of backstabbing, isolation and piling on of duties. They sometimes set you up to fail with no training.
