- A way to track vehicles in inventory for us to see whats been sold, without having to ask a manager. Internet is outdated.
- Price Coding on used vehicles should represent the retail value of the vehicle before any discounts. I quoted used vehicles many times using the code and then the manager said not to do that, because the price they want to start with is different then whats on the vehicle.
- Customers come in to the dealership expecting to negotiate on internet pricing just like they would on full retail pricing, even after explaining the discount.

The way salesmen attack the customer to be the first contact is brutal. If you haven't been there forever it is very tough to be accepted on the team, never mind get a repeat customer.

Great facility, good people, easy access to inventory, large used car selection.

Long hours, sometimes dealing with the office is incredibly frustrating, occasionally the amount you deserve to make for your work doesn't match the pay plan signed at the time you were hired. Often tension in regards to compensation.
