With the closure of manufacturing in Australia by all 3 remaining OEM's the roles have been permanently relocated to Thailand and the USA. For many staff, this relocation wasn't possible and the redundancy package was sufficient to leave the company for many employees.

Big company, excellent place to see very un-cordial supervisors in action, wonderful opportunity to practice working with TMs who behave like a spoilt child.
If you want to learn how to handle rude co-workers - this is the best place to start.

Very negative work atmosphere. TMs behave like spoilt child - and are able to get away with anything they do - literally anything !!
a TM can ask you to 'Go back to your desk' in middle of a meeting.
Your tolerance will be tested.
Some TMs will block your timesheets - You may not get paid !!!
At times, the security badge may be used to track your location on a given day/time.

Most work isn't very interesting. Work load comes and goes which means you're either very busy or bored. During the busy times work life balance can be difficult. Work load division does not seem equal between team members.
