Amazing People, Culture, and Company

After being at a few other SaaS organizations over the past few years - I can say that Traackr's people are more than willing to support you, listen to what changes need to be made, and most importantly, actually take action to make these changes. The tech is awesome and works, clients are excited and the culture is 10/10.

Only con is not being able to see my coworkers as often as I'd like! This is definitely a personal preference as we are WFH and I don't live close enough to everyone to travel a ton.

Very distributed nature of the team creates overhead and unnecessary friction when taking on large new initiatives. All very manageable though compared to any other organization I worked at.

CEO needs to go!

The company has a Good concept and the space they are in.
|
There are so many cons.
1. The CEO needs to go as he doesn’t know how to scale this company further. When I was getting hired, I asked him what is the company runway cause I don’t want to get hired for a year and then get laid off. He assured me they never lay people off. They’ll do everything else before hand.
2. The laid their female CRO off and got a “bro” to help scale but of he was more talk then results.
3. Regardless of “good culture” they will lay you off to look good to investors. So if you decide to work here. Take full advantage of the company. This is not you “family”.

By laying of people like you did, shows the company doesn’t have a good culture. 2 weeks severance and mass lay off. A company with good culture would give people time to find something or give them a heads up. No one is there to steal internal information.

Overall, Traackr is a great place to work. Rapid growth and an eye on the future - management is able to provide a clear vision and goals to get there. Onboarding was very welcoming and I feel that I was presented with the right tools to perform my role successfully. The tool itself is truly insightful for marketing teams looking to understand their influencer spend and increase their effectiveness in their market. The team is very open to new minds and what can be improved and streamlined.

No cons to speak of as of yet! Wished I could have had a few days of in-person training but overall, that is a personal preference.

For a company that asks "How was your childhood" during job interviews, they act very strange in though moments and this Family feeling disappear straight.
