My advice for HQ leadership is to truly give autonomy to the regions, allowing them to run and grow their organizations as they have strategized. I understand that some oversight is necessary. Providing guidance, and support for those regions that are doing well and contributing to the overall success of Trace3 without crushing them under micro or meta management will be the key to Trace3's success!

I have been employed at Trace3 for a few months, and I have to say this is one of the most impressive companies I have ever worked for. My career has spanned start-ups to Fortune 50 companies and everywhere in between. The interview process was seamless and quick; the onboarding was so efficient and effective at setting me up for success; but most importantly are the people. They are INCREDIBLE. From IT help desk up to the ELT, everyone not only offers to help you on a constant basis, but they also follow through. They are quick to recognize solid work, but aren't afraid to have tough conversations in an emotionally intelligent way. The work is exciting and engaging, and the momentum of the teams is amazing.

Their sales tools are a bit dated and not configured in the most effective way, making it hard to track and manage opportunities with out manual deep dives into the data. Also, a lot of actives are done manually, so Trace3 could be better at addressing automation and configuration of internal tools to be able to scale faster.
Trace3 is also set up regionally, which makes it challenging to roll out corporate level initiatives as each region has "their own way of doing things" and no two regions are the same in terms of customer profile and deal sizes.
