Fast Paced Environment with opportunities

The company has been growing since I have arrived. Due to this there has been some process changes that have had both post of and negative side effects. Leadership does seem to be executing the plan on continued improvements/ system implementation to harmonize the different systems as much as possible. The environment is fast paced and that can be challenging for some. It is a place to constantly be growing and learning new things. The company loves to promote from within. The people are really the culture and are a big part of what makes working here fun, engaging, challenging, and if you are lucky a place to grow your career.
