Lots of change, all the time

The company has had a massive turnover problem. A lot of the employees who work at Trace only do so because they want to gain certifications that Trace will pay for and then leave to find a much better opportunity. Unfortunately, a lot of the turnover has to do with top management.

Trace takes a top down approach to management. The top, looks down on those beneath them. A mentality of "do I not provide food" is really sad in this day when instead of spreading the wealth at the top, you could simply have happier low level employees

For newbies in cybersecurity

The company has been long in the security market, but it lost most of the market edge years ago. Unfortunately, for experienced professionals this won't be a good fit.
Management does not help much either. The lack of experience in enterprise security and management is noticeable and senior management does little to improve their skills or learn about cybersecurity.
However, if you are new to the cybersecurity field this company provides a good entry point.
