The work load is heatic

Working in Trace is good if you want to learn
Sr. Artist are help full to all levels
Good ambiance
There are 2 shifts which would benefit you with change over every 2 weeks
|
Don't expect to get help from leads.
Some of the leads like lick them self.
Same with supervisors.
Management is gives feeling of working in call center rather than some studio.
Trace has some study materials to work with yourself but they are like aming with blind eyes.
