The new CEO walks the walk, he is not just talk. TracFone is quickly becoming a very progressive and forward thinking company. The compensation is very good for the Miami area, and the bonus' are paid quarterly based on company performance.
|
For a national brand, was surprised how unprofessional the organization was overall. Leadership in the finance organization was not strong. Very little guidance/training provided to staff and HR provided no assistance when notified.
