Coworkers extremely supportive since day one. Emphasis on "team" mentality. Employees have a genuine connection with one-another and appreciation for the work they do. Office atmosphere is pretty cool too. Benefits are extremely generous too.

Track5 is an amazing environment. Everyone is very welcoming. Not even 5 days into my job I was already taking a trip to HersheyPark with the office? I told people I was doing this and they could not believe it. If I ever need help on anything everyone always has an open door policy and will help out in a heartbeat. Such a great company!!

I appreciate the innovation behind TrackFive and their brands; however, the values of the company are what make it everything that it is (and a great place to work). So many companies talk about encouraging their employees to be entrepreneurial, but don't really give them the space to do so--that's definitely not the case at TrackFive. Pushing boundaries, trying something new, and even failure are completely supported and embraced.
This is a company that genuinely cares about its team and wants to see everyone succeed. Various perks (from endless snacks to pool parties to regular in-office massages) are provided to encourage a fun, productive and happy environment. Plus, the people are awesome--super supportive and never any B.S. (seriously, that's actually a company value).

An Excellent Company with Awesome People

One of the best things about this job is the people and office culture. It's very warm and welcoming, with lots of laughs and positive vibes. Everyone is extremely supportive of each other inside and outside of work, and it truly feels like a family.
The work-life balance is excellent. You are always pushed to do your best during work hours, but never once have I felt pressured to pull hours outside of work. Our moto "work hard, play hard" is very accurate.
I feel like I'm actually valued at doing my job. I'm a fresh graduate from college so I was expecting to get into a job where I was constantly told what to do. At TrackFive it's completely different. My opinions matter and my ideas are brought to life. Not only that, but our awesome CEO really values training his employees, so I can constantly learn and flourish in this position.
The CEO is really great. His door is always open for whatever you need and will answer any question you might have, even if it's a random question like what his favorite color is. He interacts with all of his employees and makes sure to call out employees when they do something spectacular.
I am very thankful to have found a job at such an excellent company right out of school.

Sometimes it can get a little distracting in the office area in terms of noise. Generally I pop in headphones and can get in the zone that way. I think as we grow as a company we might need to figure out a new layout to help departments get away from some of the noise/distractions.

An Amazing Startup to Work with

I've been working at the company for less then a year, but so far I have been impressed with the company for the following reasons:
- Open to new ideas (even upper management)
- Great work environment. While I'm able to get work done in the office, its also fun coming to work each day. The St. Pete office is beautiful!
- Work flexibility, everyone is always helpful to ensure each employee is not stressed with their work load. We are also able to work remote throughout the week.
- Excellent colleagues
- Stability in a startup culture (we have excellent benefits)
- Value is placed on the experience of each product we develop
