A lot of potential and a whole lot of pitfalls.

This is a great product to work with and it has a lot of potential.
Benefits are great. Probably the best part of working hear.
Health dental and 401k are great.

Communications is horrible, You may even be yelled at by a manager which I find very archaic. You will become a forgotten cog in this small machine. It is a very head down, get your work done environment. Focus isn’t put on fixing bugs which means clients will always be upset with the product. If you are customer facing, be prepared to hear a lot of crap from the clients and have your work load filled to the brim.
Likely to hire someone externally for high impact positions which means they’ll need training before they can make a difference. This isn’t a product you’ll be familiar with right away.
Looking for a promotion or a raise? Opportunity for growth? This isn’t the place. Performance reviews? Bonuses, cost of living raises, performance based raises? None of that here. You’ll have pretty much the same salary the entire time. You’ll work more than 40 hours a week, you don’t get unlimited pto.

The people are great – smart, nice, fun. The hours are good and flexible. Lots of people work from home a few days a week. There is opportunity for growth. There are always candy and snacks and drinks available. Our products are good and projects we have been working on for a long time are being completed. Our customers like us and stick with us. Our customer base is growing and we have a new head of sales. Benefits are good. The matching funds for the 401K are really good. Everyone got a raise this summer.
