Unless you are into the start up vibe where it's 100% work and 0% life, then you will be very unhappy working here. This is a serious GRIND where although they promise "unlimited PTO", but that is not true. There are no days off even if you request them.

Great employees, terrible upper management. No wonder they are going down. Two major lay offs company went from 90+ employees to about 15.
Did leadership learn anything? Very doubtful

No work life balance. They don't care about their employees. Unlimited PTO is a joke, if you take time off they look down on you. Find a better company, the culture is horrible. My co-workers made it enjoyable. They rule,
