Executives only care about the bottomline. Lay-offs 2 years in a row in late November / early December. Vacancies are not being filled or filled by offshore contractors. Everyone is overworked for a measly 2% annual increase.

The TrackTik culture is amazing. People are friendly and welcoming, and they give their best to make you feel good as part of the team. There are a lot of leaders, so it's a bit confusing, but they're all accessible and easy to get in touch with. And the office itself is also incredible and has a very good structure. I've seen a lot of people getting promoted and changing roles, so there are career opportunities there. TrackTik also encourages diversity and have a very respectful environment.

The system behind everything is made to make developers' lives easier (and it doesn't), but not the users'. It's so overengineered that even the smallest feature demands a lot of time and energy to be done.
