The decision-makers had different priorities for the Healthcare industry than I do. I felt like they had too narrow of a scope and didn't consider the possible negative effects of their "progress"

The orientation was helpful with good practice built in. Benefits were good as well. Schedule was flexible for start times. Ability to work from home was offered while I was there.

With a new team in the Chattanooga office, there were changes happening all the time for how to do our work in the Provider Credentialing division. Additionally, with the pandemic we had to quickly change to virtual training which affected some colleagues. Halfway through, the work picked up exponentially and it was hard to stay afloat. Overtime while a good incentive to have at times became the norm and that made it difficult to have a work-life balance.
