Respect your employees and their hard work after working 4+ years in company .CRM management treated us like slave,their wording like goons you are hiring people on the name of customer support executive and once the employee on board to process slowly you assigned the task of renewal and sales without any incentives, we worked late night just to support company in this hard situation and company over achieved their target but still no support from you all VERY SHAMEFUL AND DISGUSTING.
I was resign from my job just because of your bad and unsupported work culture i compromised with everything my gratuity,my appraisal,my health after working 11 hrs in a day i got this from you people.
