Stable financials due to aquisition by a bigger ex-competitor Corsearch
Opportunities of a bigger corporation

The excellent lean, fun and down-to-earth company culture that existed was effectively killed by the aquisition (of course COVID affected as well).
Where we used to have clear and concise communication we now have tons of emails floating around.
Direct Nordic honesty and straightforwardness is now replaced by American mandatory positivity and sugar coated pep talk.
Where previously there were discussions, reasoning and decision-making in consensus now exists the word pair "company policy".
Too many corporation-wide propaganda video meets (one-way communication) filled with people who are in constant claimed state of excitement about the status of being so lucky to work in the corp.
Due to a large number of aquisitions in the past years the corp-wide processes and technology stacks are in a state of turmoil.

Very flexible working conditions regarding working hours and remote working. Good autonomy to do your work without micromanaging.
All in all very relaxed and non-hierarchical culture.
The company is still pretty small and that allows you to really get to know everybody in the company. It helps to work across different teams quite a lot.

Even though the company is pretty small, you still have some of your team members in different offices, so you don't get to be with the whole team that often. But I guess this is a pretty basic thing nowadays in any company that has multiple offices.

There's a very positive company culture. You feel like you're being looked out for by both your teammates and management, and it's an extremely fast growing company with a lot of room to grow.

As the company grows quickly, processes can change from time to time. I personally think it's a good thing and see it an opportunity to put your stamp on the company, but if you like process-driven work I can see how it could be more difficult.

- Tech company with a great product
- Awesome bunch of people
- Extremely flat organisational structure
- Great career development opportunities
- Very multicultural (10+ nationalities in the Finnish HQ alone)
- Ever growing list of employee benefits (lunch and cultural benefits, study budget, language class & monthly breakfast to name a few)
- Did I mention awesome people already?
