A great place to work - challenging, innovative and a group of people who make it feel like family.
The work is challenging in a good way, and very cutting edge in many ways. A lot of company sponsored perks and the place overall feels very much like a family. The work hard play hard adage is especially true here. Everyone from the CEO down knows your name and they show their appreciation for hard work over and over. It’s the kind of company you want to wake up and go to work for, honestly.
No real cons, other than on occasion it’s hard to keep straight exactly what’s going on because multiple teams work on different projects and components in parallel. The end result speaks for itself though.

Keep doing what you’re doing. Too many smaller companies try to hard to turn their environments into cookie cutter corporate entities, and most never seem to realize they lose their personality along the way and people become too easily replaceable as the company grows. This company does a great job of maintaining that family vibe. It’s important to me to be recognized as a person, and not just another number. That’s what makes working here so special. Please never lose sight of that!

It's time for change
The CEO cares about the company that he has built. He continues to have drive, passion and commitment about the company. TradePMR offers employees with 401k contributions, HSA options and other good healthcare packages. The physical environment is always clean. Most department managers show care, dedication and passion for their work. The team I work with is supportive, motivating and experienced in their respective areas. Employees try to maintain a positive mindset despite certain challenges. Some employees work with strong work ethic, values and treat this company as their own.
However, let's try not to create a false narrative of the cultural climate. There continues to be poor communication between upper management and the rest of the company and even more so between and within departments. Lack of professional development is offered. Some managers show no desire to help employees grow - they become information hogs. There is a sense of fear within employees expressing something that does not conform to the ideologies of upper management at the risk of losing employment. Sick leave and paid time off are one in the same. Despite what you are offered, some individuals take more than are allocated with no repercussions while others get a slap on the wrist.
HR uses negative language and has targeted certain communities of people. HR has openly shared private information with others in the company. Individuals have been given false promises and have been taken advantage of. It only takes a handful of individuals who gossip or speak negatively to create a less desirable workplace. Giving lectures about respect to ALL employees is not enough. TO THE CEO: Make sure that emotional, psychological abuse will not be tolerated at ANY cost. Empower employees with information, training and confidence!
Unfortunately, all of this affects employees' motivation to come to work. If something is bothering you, speak up because if out of frustration, good people end up leaving and bad actors linger on, no one is working towards improving the environment or the company.

Great place to work
TradePMR is a great place to work that truly cares about it's employees. The company is open to change and constantly looks for ways to support employees and make changes that are forward thinking. The company's management realizes the importance of every team member and gives their all to support the biggest asset TradePMR has--its employees.

Continue to stay flexible to the needs of the vision of the company.

Great place to work!
The people, the professionalism, the commitment to providing the best employee experience are all reasons I enjoy working for TradePMR. The company's CEO takes a personal interest in all the employees work-life experience. In addition to a healthy work environment, the company sponsors many outside-the-office events for employees to share in and enjoy. The company is really growing strong and has many opportunities from tech people to financial services professionals.

Giving lectures about respect to employees is not enough, implement it in reality. Make sure that treating someone bad will not be tolerated at any cost.

Adding to the recent reviews
Great insurance options, including one that is 100% paid for by the company.
Good company sponsored events, especially for beer lovers.
Most people are nice to work with, and are fun outside of work, in company events or get togethers.
Cannot stress enough how terrible some of the senior management is. Over 15 people had left the company between changes in the senior management and I leaving.
I believe the addition's (to the senior management) communication style was problematic at the workplace, they presented themselves nicely in meetings, but if you express something that doesn't conform to their old-style idea of how companies operate(which is conflicting to how companies operate in this age and time) they express themselves with an intensity of emotions and passive-aggressiveness that is unreasonably uncomfortable for the individual they communicate to. It is easy to not see it, even I noticed no problems with it in the beginning but disliked how they behaved with my peers and boss.
My belief, which may be wrong but several people have agreed with me, is that they are not cognizant of their lack of professionalism. They take things personally and do not fit the "culture" that the C-level executives talks so fondly of. The directors of the company also seem blind to their behavior. Unfortunately, that affects employees' motivation to come to work. The shiny benefits and compensation(if you are somehow paid well by them) are not worth it if they are still in the same position.
However, if you are currently stuck there and if their event management skills are to find a home at TradePMR, it should be brought to the attention of the upper management immediately, so a solution can be implemented which improves upon their lack of communication and control. It is a good company to work for, I enjoyed my time there before them, so if they are a problem that can be solved, communication would be the key. I regret leaving without letting anybody know the real reason for my departure.

It is my opinion that if TradePMR's stakeholders choose to invest and benefit from the added value of the some of the senior management's skills, whatever they are, they should not do it at the cost of other loyal and hard working employees having to leave. Therefore I highly recommend these same stakeholders take action or risk further degradation of team cohesion at the office.

TradePMR - Unrealized Potential
Great insurance options, good 401k, reasonable/fair salaries for the area (depending on your degree and area of expertise), CEO cares about employees, physical environment is kept clean, free limited refreshments, frequent social engagements for staff.
Bad mid to upper level management, poor communication, bad decision-making, no grooming or professional development, employee retention is poor, employee satisfaction is poor, no recognition of regular employees, no incentive programs, some members of upper management seems to be more interested in power than in being of benefit to the company or the employees in it while others who care can't promote and recognize the hard-working front line staff under them. Too much emphasis on things that don't matter and little to no recognition of the employees who quietly come in and simply do the best work they can in a difficult work environment.

To the CEO.
I came to TradePMR a few years ago, and left a short time later. When I arrived I was excited, ready to work through anything handed to me, and thankful for the opportunity to use my degree at a great company. Within a short time I realized that, while you clearly care about your employees and go out of your way to provide a living wage and decent benefits, you are unaware of what is happening inside the company. Good employees, are frightened that they will lose their jobs over nothing. There is little recognition of regular staff for some of the great work they do in spite of the poor managers they have to deal with. Managers that want power and position, who seem to only care about building a resume and more money, not about the staff they supervise need to go. You need to find the time to know your staff and speak to them, and listen to them. Look where you have alot of turnover and look where you have little and ask why. You have a company with so much potential and it isn't being used. Listen to people who don't agree with you sometimes.
Middle and Upper managers
Recognize your staff. Reward them for consistency and for a job well done. Promote and groom people that have the ability to replace you. That is what a good managers do.
All - pay your staff like you don't want to lose them and make a workplace that makes them feel like they matter to you.
