There is a huge space for you to grow and do your things in your own way as well to roll them out. You will find communication a must and some departments such as security, are your friend for real.
A lot of technology is around and on the implementation side, architects are early adapters for anything that could improve the operability and success rate of the micro services.

Really incompetent, poor leadership. Very toxic environment to work in. Highly unstable company. Lying to their customers and their employees. The solution does not live up to their promises in so so many ways. Understaffed and unable to solve serious problems of their customers for months. Their cutting costs strategies are one of the worsts I've ever witnessed in a company, laying off experts and pivotal know how, strictly based on salary. Constant change of top management. Positions morphing and changing responsibilities by the month, as they go through one wave of layoffs after another. Canibalism.

What happened to the unicorn? Soon as we hit that $1B mark and Bloomberg predicted we will no longer need future fundings, we went on hire overdrive, spent millions $ in Davos, flew private jets, hosted this and that, bought mansions in California, hired 3rd party engineering, etc etc....
when in early 2019 we thought we’d be IPO and set for a good few years, where are we now? Billions and millions of $ deep in debt and still no IPO in the horizon. Looks like the investors have caught up and now unwilling to throw away more $$$.
