private:tradetech https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=284876 Apr 16th, 2014 12:00AM Open Open TRADE TECH Front End Developer Bellevue, WA The Dev Team is Great! Just the rest of the company needs organization. The benefits are great, pay is always on time, the front end team is a great group of very smart individuals. The best part about this company is the dev challenges, the push to continually have better and better software for our customers. We are developing a new front end for our customers and the work, the craftsmanship is really a leader in the software industry. Office Culture has been dull, slowly as younger generation employees are coming on, the culture is getting lively. Time Off is a bit vague and not well defined or management forgets the policies for other departments. Dev Team time off is pretty flexible. Training in the Development team is great for programming, but there is no training on the industry we program for so it is sometimes hard to understand the project scopes. Management for the other departments is either non-existent or greatly lacking which impacts customer relationships and potential revenue for the company. Do not invest/spend time on internal functionality to help our Accounting, Support, and Sales departments which are required to use our system. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 3.0 3.0 3.0 2.0 4.0 4.0 284876 Open Dev Team management, keep up the clear deadlines and focus of our projects, you are doing a wonderful job. Please help influence higher management to clean up the other departments to help this company prosper the way it should. Also please focus a little bit more on internal functionality to help our Accounting, Support, and Sales departments which we required to use our system so that they are able to help this company prosper. 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 6.0 May 1st, 2021 08:52PM May 1st, 2021 08:52PM Trade Tech
