The team is very young and fun to work with. Mike is a fearless leader, inspirational speaker, and personal mentor to me. Over the past few years I always looked to him for advice and feedback on my entrepreneurial endeavors. His expertise and passion for consumer tech is top notch. I was so inspired by him and what he was building with Tradeversity that I asked to join his team in my last semester of college at USC. Working for Mike truly helped me become a much more savvy and intelligent business mind. I learned a great deal from him on such a variety of topics such as marketing, fundraising, business development, and how to manage a team. He constantly inspired and demanded our best in a gentle way that never agitated or insulted us. I was constantly in awe at his masterful public speaking ability which he generously shared the tricks of the trade with me. I’ll forever be grateful for my opportunity to know and work with Mike. I am extremely intrigued about the future of Tradeversity and even if it were to not work out, I know that Mike will be a success in whatever he pursues next. The tech team is very tough to work with at times and it was tough to have input go all the way through. Transparency and communication wasn't always there especially with tech and financials. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 0.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 4.0 5.0 1310182 Open iterate the tech on the feedback from employees and customers faster and don't reject tech initially before checking it out more in depth.
