A lot of the problem people are gone and they've changed their name, but this place was just such a joke. Sales staff partied all the time, turnover was ridiculous. It's a mess.

|
Trading Advantage is a grind. If you can make 200+ calls a day to potential customers then you can handle the load. You must also have product knowledge of stocks, options and futures in order to succeed in the company. They train you but you need to go above and beyond the training to really grasp the understanding of the markets and how to explain it to prospects that are unable to grasp new ways on trading. They are moving in a new direction and am hopeful they can take the company to the next level, however it is a tough uphill battle they are climbing so do not expect results to come quickly.
If you can competently provide value to clients in an industry saturated by "market gurus", then you will do well here. The product does work and works for those clients who put forth the effort. That was the most enjoyable about the position was learning how experts trade on a daily basis.

If you're good at selling, then this is the place for you. They train you well but they also have a high turnover rate. They need to give better leads to the new hires.
