Promised sale of TT may not happen. If potential buyer is told, backed by evidence in TT's own data system, that two Vice Presidents with a fiduciary responsibility to keep the best employees actively enabled a manager with a bogus personal grievance against the employee to fire an employee with only good reviews prior to this. In fact this is so material if TT does not reveal it to the buyer it might be fraud. There is also evidence in TT's data system that one of these Vice Presidents lied in a meeting with that employee about circumstances related to the issue.
