When there is an epidemic (COVID 19) do not force your employees to come to work, if they have stated that they are looking after vulnerable family members and need to social distance for their safety. Which put my family members at risk.
The government advice was to work at home.
Listen to your employees in meetings, and not cut in with more questions when they are still answering the first set of questions.
Dont ask for employees to not write on Glassdoor.

Lots of potential, interesting industry

Verge of finance, tech and social is interesting. Always lots of good challenges, can pick up and offer to do pretty much anything - as long as it generates money. Very developer-heavy and product oriented.

Could use more organization and structure. Hard to keep up and know who's doing what as it grows. Would be nice to be more customer focused with marketing and explanations. Comp could be better.
