Follow your mission statement better.. you can talk/preach about it all day, but actually doing it and showing it when you're not in front of a podium and showing that you really care when other management isn't looking goes a long ways.

It's all in the headline. When Traditions' says it cares about it's "family," they mean it. I witnessed this first-hand during the pandemic, when the company did everything it could to keep every last one of it's employees on.
They listen to their team, and respond accordingly. It's obvious they believe that a happy team is a productive team.
The Holiday Party rocks.
