I loved my job. But when you have Supervisors that aren't worth a plug nickel, it's hard to do a good job. One that has no backbone and won't stand up or just sits in office. The other all went to her head thinks she can do what she wants wether it's right or wrong. Including serving customers things they are allergic to. Hiding stuff you need or things that aren't suppose to be in facility from upper management. If you are a good employee they try to run you off and if your slow, thieves, or call in all time or late or don't have way do your job they go to bat for you. They cut your hours so you can't make it on one job unless your a bartender. That's why they can't keep help. Then cashier has to split tips with cooks which I never heard of. Cashier works hard to take orders, take food out, get drinks, bus tables, helps with dishes, ect.. Way to much on a cashier to have to split tips. But they think it's a privilege to get tips and consider it as a enhancement to your pay. What a joke!! Especially when all cashiers are not honest to put all tips in bucket. Things need to change around there to be able to keep help. I got to do so many things their like working concerts, Bartending and meeting new people everyday. Absolutely a great company to work for. I make great tips and am able to take care of my kids. They provide the flexibility to select when I can and can't work. The managers work with you to accommodate your scheduling needs. When you close, it takes about about 2 hours to clean the entire restaurant for the people who are opening. This restaurant normally closes at 3 AM. Overall I was excited to meet the higher-up management.
