After I'd been there for about six weeks one of my kids was hospitalized for over a week. I let the owners know what was going on and was transparent about the situation and the amount of support I received really made me grateful to be a part of the company. One of the managers recently stayed up until after midnight working on a project deliverable to show to the client first thing in the morning, really inspiring to see the level of dedication to the clients as well as the people who work there. Got a parking ticket out front being two minutes late on the meter. Conference room needs some A/C. Coffee pot needs replaced. 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 POSITIVE 1.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 5.0 796039 Open 0.0 [] REGULAR No Yes 2.0 May 1st, 2021 08:56PM May 1st, 2021 08:56PM Traffic Digital Agency
private:trafficdigitalagency https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=796039 Sep 24th, 2015 12:00AM Open Open Traffic Digital Agency Don't believe the other reviews - this place is terrible Location.... literally, that is it. This place is absolutely horrible. You feel like you are locked in a jail cell. All of the positive reviews were posted by the owners. If you want to feel like you are in pre-school again, then this is the place for you. You have to fill in the time you get to work, leave for lunch, get back from lunch, and leave for the day into an excel sheet. If you are late 3 times, say goodbye to your job. Think you can lie? You're wrong, they installed cameras to make sure you are putting in the most accurate time. Have to go to the Doctors office? Make sure you bring a note in. Want to leave to go get coffee or do a quick personal errand, good luck not getting yelled at. Management has no idea how to run a company and they don't care AT ALL about their employees, they only care about the big number. They tell you to lie to all of their clients because the results are not good. There are tons of agencies in the area that give you room for growth and freedom. Avoid this one at all costs and go find a company that actually treats their employees with respect. Don't believe me, search employees on LinkedIn and ask people their experience before wasting your time -1.0 NEGATIVE 10.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 2.0 1.0 796039 Open Stop lying to your clients and learn how to run a company. private:trafficdigitalagency https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=796039 Sep 23rd, 2014 12:00AM Open Open Traffic Digital Agency Incomptency at its best! The salary. I wish I could offer more pros but that's humanly impossible without providing a load of fabrication. Terrible management and poor infrastructure. Two of the owners are never there offer no help or guidance to business's daily activities. The other owner over sells and under delivers to the clients leaving the employees and account managers to pick up the pieces. If you choose to work here, I hope you've mastered munipulation, lying, and a good poker face.... As you will need these traits to help you with communicating with their client base. Also, I was promised benefits that were never received. Please keep in mind that a select few employees have health coverage that are kept "hush hush" and this will not change. -1.0 NEGATIVE -1.0 NEGATIVE 4.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 1.0 796039 Open Take a few college courses to better understand simple business concepts! 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 0.0 May 1st, 2021 08:56PM May 1st, 2021 08:56PM Traffic Digital Agency

I was able to ask any price I needed to. The Owner, Jeremy, is a great guy and I had a very positive experience dealing with him. They got over payment immediately and were very professional. private:trafficdigitalagency https://www.glassdoor.com?employer_id=796039 Jul 1st, 2014 12:00AM Open Open Traffic Digital Agency A lot of wasted promise I didn't go into Traffic expecting much, it was a linear move for a decent bump in salary. Things I found enjoyable about working at Traffic were it's location (at least until winter) and most of my coworkers (who have since left). I appreciated Traffic's drive for success, but I found the manner/techniques applied weren't exactly conducive for success. They were flexible when it came to unpaid time off and had offered to provide insurance, but I turned it down in favor of purchasing my own. My time at Traffic was punctuated with unattainable deadlines, long hours and not much direction. Most times, offices weren't stocked with basic necessities and I'd have to buy rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, etc. for myself and coworkers. Work/Life balance was non-existent, I would receive texts and calls as well as messages on various social platforms at night and on the weekends about projects as well as requests to "make quick changes" on my own time if I just so happened to be online during a time of need. I know that this is probably management being friendly and also trying to make their business succeed, but as someone who doesn't have a stake in the bottom line of Traffic outside of a personal paycheck - my personal time is valuable and it felt like that wasn't something that was being respected during the time between 6pm and 8:30am. A common theme you'll notice in these reviews, even in the reviews that are so obviously planted here, is that the office lacks insulation. This is true and most of us had to bring in space heaters to offset this "setback", unfortunately - not everyone can run a space heater without blowing a fuse, so it was pretty cold in the winter months. This was a source of frustration among employees and management alike, so much so that management actually wrote an entry in the company handbook prohibiting complaints about the temperature - so much for an open door policy. Maybe if it was closed door, it'd be a bit warmer. The most disappointing thing for myself was that there were a lot of potentially great projects that suffered from a lack of planning and testing, and just agreeing to whatever the client demanded (scope creep). So a website that might look and perform beautifully would eventually be clogged up with and endless barrage of "CALL TODAY" CTAs and popup contact forms. Towards the time I left, before being faced with signing a crippling non-compete contract, company morale was extremely low due to some "new processes" that were put in place. It was tough to come in and work 9+ hours a day with such a black cloud of negativity hanging over our heads. The last thing I want this review to become is an attack on managements personalities, like so many of the more negative reviews before me. I'll leave that out of this but I will say that I felt like any suggestion I'd make fell on deaf ears if it wasn't already in line with the opinion of upper management. It's too bad things didn't work out for me at Traffic, but the environment just wasn't something that I wanted to be involved with anymore. -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 8.0 2.0 1.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 1.0 796039 Open My advice to management would be to figure out exactly what you want your company to do, as it stands, you are too small to cover the bases of development (web and app), design, SEO, PR and video production. Become good at one thing and then try to grow from there. Another suggestion would be to actually nail down a process and hopefully keep it instituted, this doesn't mean dumping everything onto a "project manager" and hoping for the best. Every person at the company needs to learn THE RIGHT WAY how to use Basecamp, and there need to be project milestones in place with realistic deadlines and progress reviews. Finally, be humble. No one likes a braggart and selling your services to a potential client on that platform of telling them how much their current agency and their work sucks is no way to improve things for yourself or your client. Be realistic about what you can do for them, don't sell them the stars and the moon and be upset when they're mad that they don't own the moon and in turn have left you. I think if these suggestions are followed you'll find that you won't have to waste your time planting unbelievably positive reviews about your company and you'll actually garner some real praise from your employees and clients alike. 0.0 [] REGULAR No No 1.0 May 1st, 2021 08:56PM May 1st, 2021 08:56PM Traffic Digital Agency
