They say the company is growing and I wish them well. The atmosphere is kind of laid back but this won't last much longer. Most of the work is easy and the employees are nice.

Trafficware is trying to squeeze a dime out of a nickle. To achieve the requested output, Trafficware needs to hire more people and really take a close look at the style of supervision that is on the production floor. There are no performance reviews. They just assume whether you're doing the job or not.

Relax environment to work in, for the most part. The people are great, management is flexible and accommodating. Can be fast paced at times, but overall it was a great experience.

Pay is below avg. and the promotions are also very slim. Cost is cut at most corners. The quality of the productions suffers because they employ low skill labor to do skilled jobs.

Trafficware develops a good product and has a good reputation in its industry. Since it jettisoned its former family-ownership and installed a legitimate CEO, it has blossomed.
|
This was formerly a family-owned and run business. Some of the family is still around in roles that seem to be very high-up, which on the surface is not a problem. But there is a strong sense of micro-management and they are going through some growing pains. There also is resistance to actually getting things done, from information gathering to actually implementing projects.
