Good place if u need a job quik. Pay is not competitive. Shop needs updating. Will fire you for anything. Favoritism is big here. Good benefits. Not enough hours.

Corporate leaders lack structure, went against their word multiple times. Hours were normal, liked the people I worked with head leadership was more of do as we say and not as we do and that’s never a good thing

I have nothing good to say about this company. You either fit in or you dont. They feed you with a bunch of lies to get you to stay while they need you and then let you go with no reasons as to why.. don't work for trailerbridge.. there are plenty of other company's out there that pay better and actually care about there employees. The only thing you are to them is cheap labor.

Don’t get the point for so many negative reviews

Trailer Bridge is the best company I’ve worked for in my life. I had to leave because my career took a different path but I loved it there . This is not a company , is a family , they treat you like equals and upper management is down to earth and approachable . I miss this place so bad . There is nothing wrong about it . I miss my port team.

In the mornings I would be excited to go to work it was such a great feeling work for them, they had great ways of teaching if you weren’t sure what you where doing and they treated you like family. I can definitely say trailer Bridge helped push me to be a better work as a better person striving for more.
