Questionable ethics and appalling leadership

Flexible timing and HR does care about staff welfare despite the severe financial and time limitations

Looks very structured and proper from the outside but a complete mess on the inside. Probably one of the most messy company I have ever seen. Lack of guidance and direction from the top management who are simply not in tune as to how to steer the company. Most staffs are very overwhelmed due to the different directions that each senior management wants but no actual quality work comes out at the end of the day. Extremely high turnover and when things gets rough, the blaming game starts. Strangely, the blaming game always starts from the top.
Very questionable ethics based on what they do and the leaders who suggested those questionable methods to keep the company afloat are shocking. Horrid work culture and overall, not recommended.
