<ul><li>Planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns</li><li>Designing, building and maintaining our social media presence</li><li>Coordinating with broader team to create marketing campaigns</li><li>Conducting social media audits to ensure best practices are being used</li><li>Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)</li><li>Identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights</li><li>Working with website designers and dev team to maximize e-commerce performance via pricing, promotion and campaigns </li><li>Ensuring our brand message is consistent</li><li>Presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicating with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets</li><li>Reporting to Head of Marketing </li></ul>

<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field</li><li>3-5 years working in digital and social marketing role</li><li>Experience managing PPC campaigns in Facebook and Google Adwords</li><li>Strong organizational, planning and communication skills </li><li>Incredible attention to detail</li><li>Knowledge of content management systems</li><li>Full understanding of social media platforms</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li></ul>
