Second Family
|
I hate leaving my second family. This company makes the work environment really enjoyable and the people and mgrs are great. The hardest thing about moving is leaving my second family which I developed over the past 4 years. This company values work life balance and even has corporate chair massages for their staff along with fun activities that they plan for their employees throughout the year. I will miss everyone here.

TRAKAmerica has a great work culture in the sense that they allow you to dress casually and are fairly friendly across the board. Many of the managers are very understanding when an employee has an emergency and needs to take a day off or two.

little collaboration between departments, so lots is 2nd guessing on who does what and what your responsibilities are. people are usually promoted from within with no management training so more often than not you are stuck with a manager who has no leadership or management skills.

Everything you would expect from a cubical job: answering phones, creating spreadsheets, answering emails and hashing out exception reports. Management is very knowledgable, and helpful. Coworkers are helpful as well, but the office can tend to be very chatty, which means it is best to edit your conversations.
