The company makes you think it's a cool and fun 'start-up' but, in reality, it is just a plain old rather oppressive company. The CEO's are often confused and have no clarity in their thoughts and ideas. Constantly bickering between themselves- they bring an extremely negative energy to the office. They are prone to big, loud, nasty fights between themselves and with employees. The culture is not great you're always watched and are treated as though you are back in school there is no independence and autonomy. Management lacks trust in their employees.
