From the beginning I should’ve known it would be a disaster. Recruiting/Talent Acquisition is slow to respond and not efficient with communication. Please be aware of who you have as the first representation of your company. It’s obvious the company needs help but they’re too busy to adequately interview potential candidates. They also don’t adequately prepare you for the work you are expected to do. Compensation is awful. Hot repetitive motion work areas. Threaten you if you dont do jobs you didnt apply for, Some workers have huge anger issues yet still keep their jobs. Drug/nicotine testing, no light duty program, Some work areas are now cutting hours and shifts entirely, Long tenured workers are leaving or being forced out, Forget advancements as they cherrypick people by popularity or the old "you need a college degree" comment. Far to many office workers milling around soaking up a paycheck. Medical insurance is getting worse. It looks very much like corporate "screw over the workers" trend here. In most cases production wise you can make more money working somewhere else. Standard paid days off Holidays. Pretty much what any other company offers. No forced Vax FORCED OT on the Production floor! HOT in most work spaces. Management uses the same old worker degrading comments, You are bad worker and worthless because you dont want to work 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Way to many office workers for a company this size. Kind of a remote location and roads rarely plowed in bad weather, Maint staff are underpaid. Company is currently having trouble keeping workers which means beat the people up who have been loyal for years. Bonuses handed out to office staff youve never heard of and NOT to the workers who have given you years of Forced OT. Dayshift has a Cafeteria but no other shift. Drug testing For even medical marijuana and nicotine. They will Hire you for one job and use you on unrelated jobs and then tell you how you under perform at a job youve not been trained at Or one you didnt want. No cellphone use allowed even though they want you to use it on your own time to handle company business. Stop saying "People dont want to work" and realize they dont want to work 6 to 7 days a week and watch their families do without them. ALL the bonuses should go to the Production workers who work OT weekly for years. Start getting rid of office staff and force those who are left to learn jobs they werent hired for and then berate them for under performing. Force those on salary in on Saturdays as they can be team players too. Also when You hire people tell them exactly where they will work so they can decide early to just walk out and not after a month screwing everyone around them. They have a chef that cooks breakfast and lunch everyday. The electrical department in general was very rough to work in. Everyone hated their job and feared their boss. The boss never showed his gratitude towards his employees and you wouldn't even get a simple good job. Ever. Always found one thing you could do better and drilled you on that.
