Poor Training, Poor Management, Nice Coworkers

I work at transcend services for about 5 months. I only had 3 days of training for a role that requires a lot of memory in regards to customer exceptions with very little to nothing in writing, besides to policy manual which they only use at their convenience.
Environment is cool and so coworkers if you don't mind some noise here and there during down time. I mean is ok to have fun right?
The career advancement probabilities are at least on my perception very low to nothing, payment is OK if you don't have big responsibilities.
Management is very poor in my opinion, they have two people working to clean up only once a month or so and they will have you cleaning the kitchen as well and that is ok, but when they complaint about the bathroom stinking and blame the employers it is not cool on my opinion.
System is full of bugs and the security is poor to nothing.
Benefits are in the upside.

Management, training is the worst I have ever had, no follow up in writings and the system is mediocre in regards to security, also you will be asked things to do that are out of the job description.

I started in Tech Support and was promoted to Tier II in my first year,
Year two I was promoted to Tier III and then again promoted to Desktop SME, Year Three I was promoted to A salary position as the Dolby Fusion Software SME and was responsible for all our client's implementations and main troubleshooting source for escalations.
I learned very quickly how to deal with customers both upset and helpful, the hardest part of the job was based around issues with downtime caused by things out of our control and helping the customers quickly get back up and running.
The Most enjoyable part of the job was seeing happy customers when a system came up and they got to try it for the first time

Typical day centered around production and accuracy, was very fast-paced and stressful as employee's salary revolved around accuracy and production. Worked from home, which can be very isolating. Management was understanding and somewhat flexible with regard to family issues.

Working from home was a definite benefit but could be very isolating at times.

Very stressful as the job was not hourly-based but only production-based.

The company was a good company to work for except they were bought out by Nuance Transcription Services in 2013, with whom I still work for. Job is home based and must be able to work on your own with little supervision. Management nice. Workplace culture is your own. The hardest part of job is sitting all day. Must get up and move around every hour.
