Worst salary disputes you will ever experience in the BPO industry

The company had implemented a biometrics system for payroll tracking and in our experience, you'd think it's either rigged to intentionally malfunction, maliciously manipulated, or that the system is failing horribly because it had only worked 3 out of 10 of the time during my tenure. Working at Transcom will make one constantly anxious about every upcoming payday as it had become a norm for anybody to only receive half, or worse, 1/4 of your salar most of the time. It would be very surprising for one to get their pay in full when you work there as if a miracle had occurred. Plus, they have this very complicated payroll period coverage and way of explaining the payslip that would make anyone get lost in the whole process resulting for you to be fooled about them not owing you your lost, hard-earned money, or worse, forget that you had salary disputes altogether. Working at Transcom is like working pro bono, the company will be very grateful for your charity.

The few weeks of training provided is terrible. After training once you hit production you're expected to know 100%. If you're lacking, expect weekly coaching sessions to improve your performance. If your performance doesnt improve after about three coaching sessions you'll be terminated. You are given points for attendance. Late, absent etc will eventually lead to termination. Transcom has a high turnover rate because each employee is disposable and easily replacable. Your computer is monitored 100% by them and you are severely micromanaged. This company only cares about good surveys from customers. You definitely need to know the product that you are representing because support from managers or your team lead is nearly non-existent. You have to get permission from managers to transfer calls and sometimes there are no managers available so you are left on the phone with an angry impatient customer which can be so awkward. The calls can be stressful and come at you one after another without a break between
