Poor audio quality yet they review work harshly as if the audio is perfect. Little pay for a lot of hard work. Unfair work rejections and random blocking of accounts. Also, when they block your account you lose whatever money is in it as if you worked for nothing. Unfair. Waste of time. Discriminate against people from certain countries (3rd world mostly).

Increase pay. Consider quality of audio before reviewing a transcriber's work so harshly. More than one QA should review work to avoid unfair rejections. Allow people to withdraw their money when you block their accounts. Do better.

I did the exam, passed, but when my papers were under review they sent me a message saying that I violated a rule, which they didn't specify BTW, and blocked my account. I spent so much time failing and redoing the exams until I passed. Only for my account to be closed down, I followed all the exam rules in the PDF.
