Clueless & indecisive with no future plans (Also no money left with them. Don't join)

1. Very small team (60-65). They cant remove more people. Although they downsized from 200 to 60 in a span of 7-8 months :p
2. Everybody gets paid without doing any work of significance. Again this is because company has no plans what work to give to employees.
3. Good work-life balance.
|
1. No variable pay given since last 2 years.
2. No value of employees in the eyes of senior management.
3. High risk of company getting closed.
4. No appraisals.
5. Management has not yet decided if company is b2b or b2c
6. To many pivots in strategy. None of them resulted in success.
7. Nothing can be done without personal approval of CEO. I mean nothing.
8. At a time when even smallest of wallet companies got noticed by people due to demonetisation, they did not spend a dime on marketing.
9. No one knows this wallet (Download once to know why people don't use it)
10. HR is useless. To every problem they say we'll look into it. And months pass.
11. Ahh! Employee Policy. If anything is there that can benefit the employee, it is removed from policy without prior notice.
12. No leave carry forward to next year. No leave encashment on leaving the company. No notice period reduction in lieu of remaining leaves.
13. Everyone looks for a scapegoat in case something goes wrong.

1. Do something. Leadership team has to plan of 1-2 year ahead and see the big picture, not micromanage every person's reimbursement/salary.
2. Treat employees as if they are your team, not your servants/slaves.
3. Give liberty to department heads to do what they think is the best.
4. You hired marketing/sales/technology/product head for 50+LPA because they know their job. Let them do it. If they have to take permission from you to spend 25k, its not helping.
5. Take feedback from employees. Because clearly something is missing. And every employee knows it.
6. INVEST IN EMPLOYEES. NOT IN FAKE REVIEWS

1. Multiple Products so get the exposure/opportunity.
2. One of the company having PPI license

1. Lack of focus on existing products.
2. A fintech company, however the tech team is not that great.
3. Too much of manual work for teams inspite of a fintech company.
4. Launching half baked products which again results in lot of manual intervention from other teams.
5. HR team is appointed just for Joining and Exit formalities.
6. While joinging was promised that it is 5 days a week, however from the very first week i was been asked to work on alternate fridays.
7. Some of the business head always look to find a scrapgoat whom they can point for their failures.
