The most disrespectful company I have ever worked for.

None...there were some when I first started working there; but, at least in the case of Accounts Payable and Finance as a whole, it just got continually worse, especially at the end.
|
They give a lot of lip service about caring for and respecting their employees, but nothing could be further from the truth. They don't care about helping their employees grow and move up and the Accounts Payable department was just continually spreading more and more work among fewer people.

Pay to Performance has been an adjustment to the Transplace culture as of recent. Many employees do not agree to the change. It makes sense to me as merit should be tied to a job performance and agreed by the manager. I don’t agree with HR adjusting the grading to a lower or higher grade outside the managers input.
