If you like pets, you can bring your dog to work. Upper mgt doesn't clean up after their dog's waste in a timely manner, so bring some spray or be willing to pick it up yourself. They have an excellent retirement benefit...meant for themselves, you will never last long enough to realize this amazing benefit. | Unresponsive management. Exploitative to underprivileged clients/employees. Nepotism at its ugliest. Closeted racists. Unless you're upper management, (and you won't be - it's reserved for family & friends), you will be expected to pick up their trash, clean up after their kids, let their kids destroy your desk and items, etc. There is no opportunity for career development here.
