The father and son duo has no work ethics
They abuse and shout on their employees for no reason
They do not respect the employees
They have hire and fire policy
They will never clear your dues without taking legal action
Almost every employee has taken a legal action on them
Their office is in a residential property
The director follows the moto of the boss is always right
Their is no importance of your suggestions
He wants to employees to work like a robot with no questions asked
You do not get any freedom to take a call on any case without taking approval from him
He does not respect employees family time
He calls the employees for stupid issues on their leave week offs and after shift hours and if not answered he will keep on calling.
He may fire you if you will not answer his call
They do not deduct pf, there is no medical insurance for the employees
They are a complete fraud.
There is no Company SOP
They have recently fired all their employees from corporate office before salary date to avoid paying their salary.

there is no pros in the company , there is no culture they hire new peoples and fire them within 3-4 months without making their payments, they treat their employees like slaves , owners are unprofessional they abuse you every time and do mental harassment by putting to much of work pressure

there is no work ethics, i suggest you stay unemployed but dont work for this company owners are jerk they, people work there for only 3months no one want to work with them

The Management & Corporate Team Are Full Of Unprofessional Jerks [ Including The Owners]. First They Will Mislead You In Terms Of Location. Then Comes To Facilities To Employees. I Was Commited "Family Accommodation", While I Was Given A Room With Attached Bath With Zero Amenities. The Father-Son Duo Owners Are The Worst I Have Seen In My 9 Years Long Career. My Team Told Me The Day I Joined That I Was The 20th Manager In 5 Years. That Means Nobody Stays There More Than 3 Months. Because Management Is Involved In Hell Lot Of Illegal Stuffs, And They Sack People Whenever The Respective Person's Salary Seems Like A Burden To Them
