Poorly run. Investors should be concerned. Lack of leadership and accountability. Latest CEO closed the HQ in Cincinnati without warning, laying off long time employees with little to no severance. Is a grandiose "big picture" thinker with little clue about how to set a realistic and achievable plan and who therefore accomplishes little, aside from deflecting blame for his own missteps onto subordinates, who he favors or removes not based on ability or performance but based on perceived loyalty to him. Sales are in the toilet and their is no marketing.... so, he just fired 25% of the Development staff. No raises or promotions for years. This company is going down the toilet first. People with a great sense of humor, great personalities, and overall fun vibes throughout the different departments. The Accounting and Finance Department had a couple of "know-it-all" types who need improvement on both how to train and their people skills. It costs nothing to treat each other well and with respect. Be sure that the trainers have training skills. Your success depends on your relationship with the executive team. - sales team has no sense of teamwork or compassion for other employees. - lack of management and professional development - no job fulfillment. You will end up doing the same thing all day, every day - management is set in their ways and not open to new ideas or ways of doing things - executive team wants everyone in the office every day even though this is not how the industry operates anymore - your commission will be withheld when you leave so if you do accept a job, be smart about when you leave knowing commission you’ve earned will NOT be paid out - management does not ask or care when a problem is brought to their attention.
